Super Jet this crank and rods useable?

I have this motor i attained that had overheated. There is discoloration on the rods so im wondering i can use it or not? Im going to attempt to post some pics.

Pics don't mean :):):):). You have to pull the crank to check it out.

All bearings should spin smooth and quiet, with no play or slop when flexed side to side, etc. if you don't know what your doing take it to someone that's more familiar.

Also it's not a 2 part scenario, one things bad get the whole thing rebuilt or replaced.

I see nothing wrong with the color of the rods. I have found them to get brighter or darker with different brands of oil, Citgo will turn them purple. The main thing to look for is corrosion pits in all bearing areas. Wash the crank with your favorite petroleum solvent and do a careful inspection with a magnifying glass and bright light. I have ran a pitted crank for 20hrs in an old 650sx but I wouldnt do with an expensive top end.
