Custom/Hybrid Motor setup clarification - Question

I have a 62t/62t motor I am going to put in my SN. I know its not the ideal setup but its my backup backup ski :icon16:

Questions:

1. Will an ADA head fit ok on a 62t cylinder? Do the 62t big metal exhaust brackets (designed for wave raider exhaust) built on the cylinder affect anything?
2. Can I use my OEM 97 Superjet 61x exhaust manifold/setup? I should run a 62t exhaust gasket correct?
3. Will the exhaust ports on the 62t case affect/cause problems with the exhaust ports on the 61x exhaust manifold? - I know bolt size is different and you need to use helicoils/timeserts. But I am asking if the actual ports will cause a problem.
4. Any other foreseeable issues dropping 62t motor in my SN aside from CDI?

The head will fit fine but the girdle studs will not work unless you grind your cylinder (assuming you have a girdled head).
Like you said, the cylinder has 10mm exhaust screws and your manifold has 8mm holes, you will have to drill the manifold or helicoil/timesert the cylinder. Use the 62T gasket.
There will be no other issues, just make sure you use the correct stator/flywheel combo.

Thanks!

Grind your cylinder? That is what I was afraid of..... what does that entail?
