X3 on the pipe. I wouldn't do a 12 vane pump till I had all the bolt on mods available first. It helps put the power to the water but you need power first.

Both, those are the bread and butter mods. It's just not a superjet without those. Do them both and fast. I rode my first superjet for 5 min before doing those mods.

The OEM pipe is so big and heavy.... B-pipe is so simple, light, and it makes your hull look nicer.

They're OK to deal with, they're always low or out of stock. That's the pain. Plus they have a larger customer base in dirt and snow.

I would say footholds first..There is so much more to learn once you get footholds, whereas with a pipe you are still limited to what you could without the pipe...just a little slower/closer to the water.
