Super Jet 93 SJ Build

Hey guys im doing my first superjet build and was just wanting to see what some fellow riders thought also i want to build adjustable footholds but im havin a problem with how i can make the slots in the side of the ski without having water go down in my tray and in the foam a few ideas would be great. I will have most the project pics on my profile.jetski 321.jpgjetski 322.jpgjetski 323.jpgjetski 324.jpgjetski 325.jpgjetski 326.jpgjetski 335.jpgjetski 336.jpgjetski 337.jpgjetski 338.jpg

For the adjustable foothold holes; Have you thought of using a 1/4" or so PVC pipe and glue it in before the bolts? That sounds like it will stop water from going down as long as you seal the openings. Then maybe add some o-rings so the bolts don't clatter against the pipe and make a noise.

While you rebuild you tray, just seal off the entire area around where you want the holds to go. Don't run any foam between the outside of the hull and the hold pod itself, just solid material.

ya i was thinking of doingsomething like that but wasnt sure how strong that would be cause i know i like to play pretty hard. i like the idea of just making it solid then just cutting out slots and using a plate on thhe outsie of the ski kinda like the bob hull.

sorry when i said i was thinking of doing something like that i was talking about using the pvc pipe. but i reallyy want to be able to move the footholds up and down as well as forward and back so i was hoping to do someting similiar to the bob hull but with a little movement forward and back.
