That textured coating is there to hide all the stuff that they aren't too proud of. I want to see more than a pretty wrapper for 4K.

Texture coating is to give the engine bay a cleaner look. Nobody would be proud of a hull that had bare fiberglass on the inside, that's just silly :biggrin:

What more do you want to see, a $4,000 hull capable of winning a World Title? Because we've got that too :brap:

If you must paint the interior, gloss white promotes better maintenance and is easier to clean.

If the hull manufacturer doesn't supply you with a statement of origin and/or HIN - and I'm not aware of any hull maker right now that does - then you'll need to register it as a homebuilt. This is relatively easy.
Also pretty popular, but illegal, is using a HIN tag & title from a different ski.

Just got hulls yesterday and built that day and rode today in 36 degree water so not a ton of ride time. Will post arides more after few after rides and figure out some details.....
