How do I remove the 4 nuts holding the carbs in place?? A ratchet? Its awfully hard to get in there. Need advice ASAP

I had a persistent low end bog that I fought off and on for over a year. Went through extensive troubleshooting of the electrical and fuel systems, on and on. Turned out that the cause was multiple exhaust leaks at various points in the exhaust system. I thought of it in your situation because you mentioned it bogging and having to feather it when slowing down from higher speed. Mine would always bog right after a nose stab or vertical maneuver. I think the quick high rpm "brap" to do the trick was causing the compartment to get loaded with exhaust, then the sudden stop of the ski prevented air from flowing through the hood to clear it out, causing the motor to choke on the exhaust from the leak.

Well the good news is i got it off. the bad news is a gasket is torn that would go in the 2th through 4th picture. Also Those 8 bolts in picture 1 are a pain. I managed to get 2 off and the rest are stripped. Any trick to this?

The best way to get screws like that out: Take a flat blade screw driver with a wide blade and place it on the screw. Hit the screw driver with a hammer a few times.
This does two things: It really seats the screw driver head into the soft screw and it also breaks the corrosion between the threads.
You should be able to get every screw out like that. If you cannot, you'll have to drill them out.
