I was speaking with Zforce this weekend and he made a great suggestion for a cooling upgrade and thought I would share with those of you who havent already done it.
750sx uses a 1/2 tube from the pump to the manifold but only 3/8 fittings and hoses on the pump and manifold. It cost me about 25 bucks to get a 1/4 npt 1/2 barb for the exhaust manifold, one for the pump with a 1/4 npt 90 deg elbo and all new clear braided 1/2 and 3/8 hose for cooling lines. I also bought a tap for the threads since you have to drill them out larger. only took about a hour and should improve coolant flow. I will be adding a second outlet to the head also for better heat control.
