SX/SXi/SXi Pro 93 sx 750 carb problems

sx 750 starts out of water , when put in water wont start ....take out of water fires right up... checked and cleaned carb ....all is spotless......HELP

ALSO will run good in water for a minute than loads up and wont run ?

check compression, low compression motor will run fine with no load
and will not run under load
