u should test the valve while ski is on trailer in the water. i did have to modify my spring, also i'm running main T flow to pisser and 90 to valve. is you valve adjustable one or not.

Dumb question but could the FCV be in backwards? If you only have one cooling line coming in then you dont need the 2nd line coming off the head that is just going overboard. Did you check the stinger on the pipe to make sure it wasn't clogged?
