Custom/Hybrid My Matrix on my old hauler

Finally got my Matrix, what a nice ski this thing is, thanks GDFL! It doesnt handle anything like my FX1 and I think its going to be nice having 2 totally different skis.
My loader/hauler I built 12 years ago and just finished replacing the motor with a new Honda and added some new tires. It has 5 fwd gears and reverse, all aluminum frame, stainless steel bolts. It's my own design, all parts like bars, hubs, hinge's and the low pro turning knuckle were machined by me.
When I launch a ski into the water, I spin the drive end around on the knuckle, stand in the rear tray and drive it back (just like a standup ski) to the trailer for the next one. She goes 25 mph in top gear(starts trying to spit you off at 20mph!).

Alright, where were you for the motorized cart thread? That thing is sweet! Is it top secret or will you share the design with us?

Yeah I know, sorry! I had no pics on my computer so I didnt want to post about it with no proof. It's not topsecret, lawnmower differential, 4hp honda, everything else I fabricated on the go so no plans or drawings for it. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, so if anyone wants to build one, by all means, go ahead! It cost me about $1000 the first time 12 years ago.
