Surfriding coastal Jersey guys 7/9/11--7/10/11

A few of us long island guys might take the trek down.

bruce there's no where on long island that we can pull on the sand and launch from the beach?? i wonder if we all ask the park dep or state or whatever they would give us a place on the sand.. that offroad spot at gilgo would be great...

Dump in at freeport, bring a gas can and throw it on the beach right by the inlet, and ride back around when you need gas or a break. My friends and i have tried everything short of posing as fishermen and leaving the truck with polls in the back and beach carting our skis into the water.

I know we can't do it by us. I am asking some of the jersey guys if they have a spot and want to ride next weekend there.

We already dump in at freeport and stash cans to get home when we ride here.

EDIT: Sunday I can probably do. Depends if I have to stay over in the city @ work sat night. Should know by Weds. Can beach cart right across the sand here and no sweat legal riding.

Will do, have to see what the surf looks like once it gets closer too. If its ty I will just ride flat.

If your in DE, go to corsons inlet in ocean city. Tons of standups there every weekend and great surf riding.
