You should go through your fuel system.
I am assuming you have a RN Superjet with dual 38 carbs.
Make sure that your pulse lines are hooked up right to the rear carb (middle fitting)
Make sure that the fuel lines are hooked up correctly to the carburetors. Bottom fitting is for fuel in, top fitting is for return.
If all that is okay, you should consider taking the carbs off the motor and go through them piece by piece. Pay close attention to the fuel filters inside the carbs (under pump cover). If they are excessively dirty, you can have the exact problem you are describing.
This may be a good time for a carburetor rebuild.

When it's on the tote, there is virtually no load on the motor. This can hide a lot of carburetion problems. It doesn't need much fuel nor air without load.

In addition to the checks everybody has mentioned, make sure and verify your check-valve between the tank and vapor separator is working properly. It should let pressure in to the tank, but not let pressure out of the tank.

i think the valve is working, because when i open my fuel tank it "says" tshh... :)

No, that's not right. The valve should let air into the tank so that you don't get "tshh" when you open the tank.

The reason you get the hiss when you open the tank is because the tank is pressurized. Thomasbv, your check valve sounds like it is working properly. It should let air into the tank but not let pressure out. So, if the gas in the tank heats up slightly, pressure builds in the tank and is not allowed to escape since the valve won't let it.

D'oh! Yes, if the sound is from letting air out, it's ok. If it's from letting air in, then that's not ok.
