Super Jet B-pipe Manifold Help

Trying to remove the manifold ( going to tap for dual cooling) but it looks like there are two inner bolts on the top side of the manifold that are impossible to loosen. They are stripped and i can't loosed them at all. It looks like they don't have to be taken out all the way just loosened up enough to bang the manifold downwards...

I can't get a wrench in there or anything.

Am i going about this right? I removed 6 other bolts sprayed the cracks with some brake cleaner and the thing wont budge...

man that sucks. those bolts are entirely too hard to get to. i took a grinder to a wrench and it helped but just as i got the wrench perfect it bend out because it wasnt strong enough to get them tight.

yay got it off with a blowtorch and a hammer. Got a couple questions though... (setting up dual cooling)

Any one know what size tap kit i need for the manifold?

Also I need to replace these POS bolts?

They look like the regular 12mm bolts but the heads have been shaved down or something. Is that necessary or can i get away with the regular ones? And who is the go to guy for bolts on here?

Thanks

Maybe 8mm bolts with 12mm heads?
Get the exact length (under the head)
Might have a few. Those two bolts are misery. Not surprised they were boogered up.

Yeah 8mm bolts with 12mm head. The exact length is 40 mm, but with the heads shaved down its like 38 mm...
If you got some extras that would be great. pm me with a price.

make sure they are the right length or even alittle shorter by a few mm. i ordered ones from yamaha but make sure you also buy the washers also because they are the thicker than your normal washer. i fought and fought with other bolts and found the factory yami ones were problem free. my 2cents.
