saw that last week, yeah, she was in the wrong. Pitched a bitch. that trail is basically a really long down hill run. no such thing as too much protection. I had one of the worse recks last winter on a very short down hill. I wish I had more gear on.

Thats was funny. Who was at fault legally and in reality is a close call. Usually it is the person in the back that is at fault. It was an accident. They both could have done things differently to avoid that situation.
In my opinion that girl was at fault and a real cry baby. She stopped abruptly in the middle of the trail, didn't signal, didn't look around, and then has the balls to cry about him being to close. She was the exact distance from the rider in front of her as he was behind her until she slammed on her brakes without warning. I would hate to be related to her! She is going to have a tough life :grumble: .
