Was up in Jupiter today and it was epic. The Juno pier is 12FT above water and they had to close part of it off because the waves had knocked out some of the boards.

i got a chance to go out this morning local but it was very long between sets. mostly total shore break. had the wife out on a friends boat, she took her first pics. she needs to work on timing but atleast i had a audience for the 5 waves i found.

that is my ocean boat. i lend it out as a backup. it is a cheater limited, 701 with clean up porting dual 44's and 760 dry pipe. it runs good, but i still have a hoodseal issue. noticed it today after the carbs got dunked a few times. those outerwears don't work that well do they.
that hull and possibly the entire boat will be forsale as soon as my other boat is made. it is only 4 months overdue.

If that white blaster had the right rider on it could it hang with your mod hull, scottie's mod hull, scotties brothers ski, and some hx's? I know it wouldn't have a shot at making the podium, but could it at least stay on the lead lap?

well i broke in st. pete and had to use it. i was right behind waterworx for the whole race in front of 2 other hx's. i almost had his ass on the start, i had him all the way until the first buoy. st. pete has a super long start.

Well I would be interested in the boat when you get around to selling it. I'd have to sell my blaster first, but if you could give me a heads up before you're going to sell it that would be great.
I've realized that I am more into freeriding on my superjet and running bouys on my blaster. I'd like to come up with a boat that would be somewhat competitive that I could hit a few races with.
Since I have been landlocked in Alabama for the past month I have been settin up the bouys a lot more than usual and I'm really starting to get into it again.
Anyways thanks Lee and congrats on Nats.

i still think the blaster is the best free ride boat. when you are 15 ft. in the air, it is tough to control an SJ unless you are real good. which i am not, i like my sj in smaller 3-4 surf and 5 + i like the blaster better. the real advantage is the ability to shut the motor off and just sit there and enjoy w/o the fear of something eating your leg.
i was in bait fish all morning. was even parked next to the boat and something bumped my blaster.
it does not bother me on the b1 but when i am out there on the sj, it kind freaks me out.
for some reason i don't seem to care when i am surfing. i guess i am just another wierdo "jet skier"
tj told me he is planning on racing the panama race in nov. i still am undecided. it is 10 hr drive. which means another 2 days of work missed.
i have missed over 4 weeks since the season started and i have to miss another week for WF.
i would rather just go up to sebby with every one and start racing again next year.

TJ still races? What's he gonna race? I was thinking about trying to make it down there for the PC race. Its only about 3.5hours from me and I can stay at Tyndall AFB for really cheap.

tj races every now and then, he raced the white boat down here for a race.
he does not like to be slower, he did pretty damn good for having the slowest boat. he is working on getting a boat like mine except with a big ole stroker motor. if he gets it in time watch out at WF this year. he will rip some new aholes. for an old guy like me he never gets tired, he is as fast on the last lap as he is on the first.:cool2:

Thats cool. TJ and Farthing were my idols as a kid back in the mid 90's. I used to have that Riva poster of them. You know the one with TJ on the pro blaster and farthing on the expert blaster. Those were the days...
