They are calling them cable tie mounting pads, you can buy them at your local auto parts store, they come with a double sided tape backing , they are in the electrical-wiring section.. but if you click on the links below and you will see why I rarely buy stuff like this from the parts house, total ripoff,.

$6.99 for 100 at Amazon versus $5.59 for 5 at Oreillys. , they told us a long , long time ago in motorcycle mechanics school that in the parts business the lower the price on the item the higher the markup is , stuff like bolts and zip tie pads 1000 % markup is standard operating practice , but they got you , it's like a convivence store , and it's convivience store pricing , they know you want it now, that you don't need 100 and will probably pay their price. Me I will buy 100 just to never have to buy them again.
