Did a flat water roll....Had about the best rotation/landing I have ever had on flat water, but somehow when I landing my weight went forward and caused my heel to lift up and the foothold became a lever. Broken bone(actually two) in my foot. Kind of killing me to not be able to do much in the middle of summer.
I had been meaning to re-pad the tops of my holds. Guess I should have done that.
