Is it possible to run 64X (OEM 44's) manifold with large 48 carbs???

Yes, But your still stuck doing work to it and the stock reeds...just use a Boyesen system and addresses all your high performance needs other than some maintenance for reed replacements.
P.S. The Boyesen comes ready to go for 48's as a bonus!

I had that in the past and just decided to make a light ported 701 after sell all my big motors....

After got a DASA top end from Idok I just going a different way.
