XMW Pole Bolt Replacement

OK - anyone got a nifty tips for this? I stripped the thread on one of my pole bolts, and I have a shiny new set from Pat as replacements. The thing is, I'm just not in the mood to pull the whole thing apart, and I can't see how to get the bolts out and back in with the dual breathers in place. Anyone got any tips?

pull the closest breather tube up out of the hull, pry it out of the way.......

How did you strip the bolt?

Because of my preternatural strength... :silly: Pat said that he's had the same happen a few times. I'm not sure how it happened, but I noticed that the left lock nut kept coming loose, and when I checked the thread was stripped.

I'm going to try to smack it out with a punch, but I'm not sure how I'm going to get the new one in. I installed the original ones on the bench with a vice....
