Wanted to know if anyone else has had a problem with the trim cable that xmetal provides with their system?
l grabbed the lever for my trim when l rode the other day and it just stayed in the up position.Got it fixed by just pulling it back down,but it did it again.When l got to it yesterday,l unhooked from both ends to see where the problem was.Which turned out to be in the trim cable itself.No problem,l have a cable luber and drowned it with "blaster".But it still is not moving smoothly.Checked to see if it was kinked anywhere all the way from the the hand lever to the trim nozzle.Not a problem there.l'm a fresh water rider,so l can rule the salt issue out.So is the cable not of the best quality or what???
