Fitted the new X Metal water box and tried it at the weekend - I run a Factory B Mod, ATP side exhaust + rear exit, ported 62T & 48mm full specs.
Its quite a bit louder than the OEM box although deeper sounding - we blocked the side exhaust of at the lake to keep the noise at an acceptable level (noise sensative site) and removed the restrictor from the B pipe stinger. Can't say I noticed any power improvements over stock however my ski does need dialing in so its not fair to say there isn't any to be had.. it makes the ski sound very meaty for sure!
Build quality is first class, fitted straight in with no need to cut/grind anything - all joints seemed well made and its certainly 'compact'!
