650/X-2 x2 cooling help

I have an 87 X2 with a 750 and coffman pipe, there doesn't seem to be much water coming out of the pisser. All cooling lines seem to be clear. I even tapped another line into the pump to try to increase flow. Any ideas on what could be wrong? I have a stock exhaust manifold, could this be a problem?

wheew is the water to the pisser being feed from? In my x2 with a westcoast pipe, the pisser is in line with the stinger, and if you put a Tee there the wrong way, the water will just shoot by it, so I put a restricter in the stinger line to the waterbox, and flipped the tee so the water goes in it, and has to go left or right, instead of strait through
