my q motor doesnt use a bendix. it has a buntwatz. its the same buntwatz as the w, but only better. i hope this helps.

The bendix is identicalfrom both my X and T motors, as well as my GP800 66E and my Seadoo 951. I wish more parts were that universal, like starters. :biggrin:

Some starters are, just the end cap is different.

Really? Well I have 62A cases and I use the buntwatz bendix as well.

The Bendix in the Yamaha watercraft are the same as in the Kawi's and Polaris' too.
Yes, it's a very universal part.
