650/X-2 X-2 750 swap

I have a 1987 X-2 and i want to put a 750 motor in it. Does the 750 fit right in or with existing pipe and carb? What is all involved in the swap?

A search will tell you everything, but a 750 will bolt right in. The bolt pattern for the exhaust is the same for the 650 and 750 but the intake is different. You will want to use a 44mm carb or bigger and a good aftermarket pipe to wake it up and ss impeller. The ebox for the 750 won't fit so most mount it to the side of the fuel tank
