When im riding i don't think about it, its when im at home im like damn this hurts:thumbsdown: I need to learn the proper way to roll my ski so i dont rip my wrists off.

use your head and body to throw it instead of trying to muscle the bars with your hands.

pin the throttle and turn the bars all the way.

Just out of curiosity... Is your throttle in a funky place? If it's contorting one wrist slightly, the other may follow for the simple fact that you're trying to make your throttle hand more comfortable. Then when you impact the water, you hit in a way that pushes both wrists in a bad way.

Straight bars will kill my wrist ... FAST . I can start feeling it just after a few minutes of riding . May be you are loading your wrist in an un natural position . Try a little sweep in your set up .

Massage and stretch your wrist flexors each and every time before you ride(2-3 minutes per side if need be). In addition, make sure your grips aren't super thick so you can avoid forearm fatigue.
