Won't start back up?

Ok guys I'm kinda lost as I thought things were finally ok with the blaster.

Got my new bendix in and carb rebuilt the primer so I went to run it and it started right up. The idle was pretty crappy when I got it out but the rest of the range was fine. So I brought it in to check it out and adjust the carb.

As soon as I go to start it to adjust it it won't run. Even thought 2 mins ago it was fine. Now the only way it will run is if I give it alittle throttle. And a side note the pipe seems warmer than normal. I'm guessing thats from the need of tuning.

Any help, suggestions or ideas would as always be hugely appreciated.
Thanks guys.

If you are talking about the actual idle screw for the throttle the previous owner had it set alittle higher to begin with.

I think I have a bigger problem now because I believe my starter died. I thought it was the bendix and I did replace that but now the squeal it was making is still there. After trying to start it to see if I could make adjustments it died. Now when I hit the green buttom nothing happens. That main inline fuse is fine. Any ideas about that would be appreciated if you think its something else.
