Why does xscream separate cooling on exhaust manifold?

I’m just speculating, but I bet it’s because they have those extra exhaust ports. Look at one of the pictures of the exhaust outlet and u will see two extra ports inside the main exhaust port. I bet that generates extra heat and the outlets guarantee more flow/cooling there.
Do any other motor builders do it regularly?
I was wondering if they weld the water jackets solid to eliminate the possibility of the water leaking into the exhaust, or if they were using larger sized ports so there was no longer room for a thick enough wall between the exhaust port and the water jacket.

It's all to add more cooling. Bigger Badder motors create more heat and the billet cylinders hold the heat more.
Most bigger CC DASAs are side tapped to feed more fresh water.
