I usually run klotz r50 and buy four gallons a year at once. Last year it was $35 per gallon but this year it is $50. Wtf?
Other Why did klotz and maxima oil get so expensive?

Whats so special about the klotz r50?
* reason I ask is the motor I bought was ran only with klotz and was thinking of changing over wasn't sure what the benefits are versus the penzoil marine oil I normally run..

Full synthetic. Burns clean. Smells good. Been running it in engine on its last bore with tons of compression for four years now with same pistons and no sleeve scoring of any sort.
