FX-1 Who's running tubbies on their FX1

I think they would really help the cornering but want some opinions.
I dont want to ruin the freestylability.

I haven't found any negatives to running tubbies yet......I love 'em! They seem like an all win, no lose mod on the FX. That said, mine are custom shaped and not the screw on type, but I would expect the "bolt-ons" to be similar.

only if you can't drill a hole, countersink it, and screw in a screw.

Oh. I always thought this involved alot of glass work to install.

you can also glass them in for an extra measure of permanent bonding. I use 5200 or some thickened epoxy to install them. they should fit nearly perfect to the hull and not require a lot of extra hassle to install.

i run them great for surf keeps the nose up on re-entrys,helps carving too

I have tubbie II's on mine. Never rode it stock for a comparison. Wish they went farther forward(up to the nose of the hull) like the ones Tom21 is making. It would look a lot cleaner installed.
