I have two pro-tec trim nozzles, one of them is 25mm longer than the one I have on my SJ. Both of them are the the same Dia. which is better for low end?

You will need to try both of them with your set up, impeller pump cone.
IMO I don't think you will notice a difference.

The longer one will give you a bit more turning power but you will not get better hook up from a nozzle
