If you bore to 760 that will be the last bore. I would only get it overbored as much as you need to from a wear standpoint. IMO it won't give you that much more power to just bore up to 760, unless you get the ports corrected.

I wouldn't bore up for displacement reasons.
Get a good port job instead.
That said, you got Jetworks right there.
That'd be my choice.

send me your cylinder and 400 bux and Ill install big bore sleeves. That price includes the sleeves and install. Have it bored to any size piston between 84-86.5. 760cc-799cc.

Yes really! I already have all the programs written for the CNC's. I've already installed sleeves in about 6 sets of cylinders. Ill even port match the sleeves. Ive been using the NW sleeves big bore sleeves. If you plan to switch to flat tops I have all the measurements calculated for that already too.

what about pistons and a bore/hone at the same time???

Well, I never really thought it over but...

For $900 I could do everything from installing the sleeves to honing the cylinders. This includes all sleeves and pistons. This will vary alil depending on piston choice. I can clearance the top case half as well.

Or, send me the sleeves and cylinders and Ill install them for $200.
