Where to buy B-Pipe Chamber?

Hi all,

I'm in the market for a B-Pipe chamber since I got a little screwed on my recent purchase. I'm looking for a B-pipe chamber to bolt up to my 650 SJ Factory Pipe, which will be in my '95 61x SJ.

I saw that Wamilton's has mod chambers listed on their site, but are there any other places that sell just the chamber? I'm still not sure what I want, the mod or the limited chamber.

Thanks guys

I've been noticing them on eBay recently... there's even one right now. But they usually get a little out of hand there and can be bought cheaper from places like Wamilton's.

I don't have anything against Wamilton's, I'm just looking for some other options. Plus they only have the Mod chamber listed.

Man I wish I had the extra cash to drop on that carbon fiber chamber. It would definitely be the nicest part on my ski.

Is there THAT much of a difference between the mod and limited chambers? Keep in mind that my boat is all stock except for the pipe and head that will hopefully be going on soon. I'm just not sure how the mod pipe will work on a basic engine setup. I'm just relating this to the old Kawi 550s where the Mod pipe were significantly shorter than a limited pipe. I tried a mod pipe on my stock ported 550 and it wasn't worth the time of day. It had zero bottom end power.

The mod pipe will work fine in your case. It is NOTHING like the 550 pipe issue... that had to do with the 550 jet pump design and the rpm's that it would turn, compared to the 440 style pump (witch worked well with the mod 440/550 pipes).
SuperJets are nothing like that. If you can get your hands on a mod or limited SJ chamber go with it and you will be happy. If you later build up a more powerful engine, your engine builder might recommend a different chamber. LTD chambers are generally preferred for more bottom end, but mod chambers have a strong following as well (and still make a huge improvement in bottom-end).

Be sure to port your 650 manifold to match the 701 exhaust outlets/ports. Also open up & port match your manifold and headpipe to at least 46mm for that 701.

Okay, I think I'll give a MOD chamber a try if I can't find the limited setup.

My other option is a Blaster Mod chamber that's been dented to fit into a SuperJet. Another forum member has messaged me with one for sale. I'm not knowledgeable about these chambers at all though. I'll start another post on that though.

I have a FP 650 Chamber. It can be yours for the low price of $90 shipped.

No thanks, I don't need another one. I have a 650 chamber right now that was bolted up to a 701 motor. I bought the SJ with the understanding that it was a 701 pipe. Once I looked into it further I realized I had a 650 Factory Pipe.

I'm only looking for a 701 chamber.
