What Would You Do?

Ok the drama continues.
i am painting the hood and nose piece of my ski, the nose piece came out show room perfect
the hood has been a biatch
finally got the paint dialed in and when putting othe clear it orange peeled.

put 3 coats on anyhow.

would you
A wet sand it and polish what is there?
b wet sand it and spray more clear?
c sand it all off and start over? ( not a great option, runnin' out of paint)

From what I have learned from a friend who is big into painting, I would choose "B".

Sand it and buff it. Unless it's so bad you sand through the clear it should be fine. No matter how good you are there will ALWAYS be some texture that needs to be cut down to be perfect.

i think the karma in this old ski i bought still haunts me, this hood is about one of the only original parts and it is pretty bad, i will cut it down and polish it i guess
