Super Jet What to use for replacement factory b-pipe coupling

What do you use to make or where do you buy replacement coupling material that goes between the b-pipe and the exhaust manifold curly transition? mine has ripped under the hose clamps (likely from the vibration from the failed motor mounts in the other posts).
