What Temps? Cylinder, Head, and Pipe

Hey guys,
Been looking for 2 days now on here, and trying to figure out the temperature ranges on the cylinder, head, and pipe. The motor is a BigBore running 86mm, Factory B pipe, and ADA head. Motor is reading with my temp gun, 130 on the cylinder, and 119 on the pipe. I know the pipe temp is way off, but have no idea where it should be. Any help is appreciated.

Mine runs about 140 on the head and about 150 on the body of the pipe. I think I want my head a little cooler and my pipe a little warmer, but I don't really know what is ideal. No sizzling anywhere on the pipe right now.

I use temp strip stickers because I doubt the accuracy of a temp gun on shiny metal surfaces, plus convenience.

This is on a 64x cylinder with home job porting at 85.5mm, ADA head about 180psi, b pipe, oem44's, zeeltronic. Top and middle screws closed, bottom open about half turn. I should probably close the bottom a little, but it's hard to get to and the thing runs pretty good so I haven't bothered.

Right now I have dual cooling with one line going to the motor and the other going only to the headpipe, I might get ambitious and switch it around to run both cooling lines through the motor and might even run it reverse flow if I'm feeling frisky. But, again it runs pretty good as it is, so for now I just run it.

Wish I could give you better info, but at least it's a point of reference.

Yup, you figured some of the gurus would chime in on this question. I am running a 62tbottom with a 61x cylinder that was re sleeved to a big bore. Running AM SBN44mm, Zeeltronics, and should be around 180psi, but haven't run a compression test since I am in the middle of break in still. I had the screws on the head pipe set for my blaster, but now in a Chan, I am closed on top and middle, and 1/4 out on bottom now.
