I did test following the guidelines from jetskisolutions. All my problems started with having no spark at all and over the last two months my batteries (yes multiple, thinking that was the problem) will not charge. Through the tests my lighting coil failed and when I pulled my flywheel to check my timing for my incoming advent ignition I found that my pulsing coil is physically damaged. If that has not played a factor in my problems I am sure it will very soon. So, I figured that the cost to replace two coils is more then I have found multiple 61X Stator Coils (complete, in good condition) on these forums. Hopefully my logic makes sense.
