Just trying to get some opinions. I am looking for best performance aspect. i got an 02 SJ with a 760 (dont know if ported) a riva head (pump gas) and a B-pipe. I ride mostly freestyle and and freeride. i currently have stock dual 38's and i want to find out if its worth geting aftermarket carbs. What do u think, keep the stock, single carb or duals??? thanks

You will hear plenty of arguments from both sides on that one. I can tell you that I LOVE my single 48...hits very hard and clean with no WOT issues.

would the reeds like delta increase any performance or maybe keeping the same cages and just putting carbon reeds? I must admit i do like my 38's

reeds offer marginal performance over the stockers. With that said, some of the reeds from stock sjs and 700 series motors came with stainless steel reeds that if break off, can possibly harm the engine(though some get chewed up and spit out the exhaust if lucky).

If you are looking for more performance then duall un modded 44 will be the best. They will flow more than any single 48 mm.
