Super Jet Wet 5200 and refoaming question

I just resealed up all my cooling lines, driveline tube, steering and pump/ride plate bolts with 5200 (standard white stuff). I'm ready to refoam will it effect the 5200 if it is still wet? What if it's tacky (say 48hr later)? I don't want to wait a week to refoam, but if that's what it takes I don't wanna short cut now.

5200 is moisture cure, I spray water on or leave outside in the rain for faster cure..
