Other weird orange color liquid after epoxy cures????

i cant figure this out so i figured i ask. what the heck is this orange/rust color that came out of my west system epoxy?

Its called blushing and it has to do with moisture in the air and the chemicals in the epoxy- and since you appear to be outside, it could be darker because of pollen.

It is called "blushing".
It is usually the cheaper epoxies that blush. When some epoxies harden, a byproduct of the curing reaction rises to the surface appearing as a greasy, waxy layer. It's due to moisture in the air during cure.
Sand it off before any kind of painting, etc, or it will not stick.
