Weak Cooling Flow from impeller, ahh overheating

HI everyone
Search around but couldnt find an answer to this one.

96 Yamaha WR 650 When you are idling away from boat ramp it takea a very long time before any water comes out of pisser, when it does it is just a little bit of piss kinda leaks out, and is HOT. Found no restrictions in any lines. Over all seems to have low flow.

With ski on trailer and in the water, I pulled the feed line at the engine, started the engine and holding the line horozontal i got about 4-5 inch "piss" stream. Then I pulled the line in the rear of the ski in the hull. With engine running the same thing about 4 inch stream of water.

Inspected impeller looks good inspected housing looks good. Has around .010 inch clearence i checked with feeler gauge. Previous owner said impeller was done 2 years ago....didnt say if the housing was done, but it looks good.

Do the three housings/nozzles seems need somt type of sealant?
Why dose it seem like there is so little flow and my ski is getting hot

Thanks Any ideas would be great!

I found no leaks in the jet uint. i guess there is no need for sealant

My only other idea is to run a second cooling line where the bilge line is....but that still might not fix it, and i really shouldnt need two lines the engine is all stock.
