I know we have some plumbers. Anyone do sprinkler systems? My front yard is done. My back yard looks like a cross between a desert and a pasture...so it's going to need sod. But I don't want to put in sod unless I can keep it alive.
The back yard is about 90x80 feet with a ~30x30 "panhandle"....um it's shaped like Oklahoma. Actually I'll skip sodding/watering the panhandle. My shop blocks most of the view and I like parking extra skis and junk back there. No need to water them.
The current controller is maxed out so my best bet is to put in a second controller for just the back yard. There are no major obstacles back there except that we might want a pool sometime in the next ten years so want to kinda rout the sprinkler system around that or at least design it with that in mind.
Oh yeah, I live in Shady Shores just north of Lake Lewisville.
