i'd make sure to get the chemical resistent ones

what kind of water do you ride in? lol

I think the temp rating is good to go. I remember reading that the cooling lines actually build fairly high pressures, just not sure how high. I am sure someone on here has investigated this before.

lol hot hole ;)

but more sriously we have gas and oil splashing aroun our engine bays on the regular. stuff gets spilled and such. can't be too safe

For the money they cost and added weight...not worth it IMO...Plus once you get everything dialed in you shouldn't need to take the engine out or disconnect water lines.

I ran the plastic "air and water quick disconnect couplings" last year and didn't seem to have any issues with them. I only ran these on the incoming water lines (between the bulkhead and the engine) so no issues with temp, I never really thought about the pressure and never really checked to see if they where leaking but they never came apart due to excess pressure. If I had enough gas and oil splashing on them to cause a problem, I think there would be much greater issues.

I have been running similar one for years on every build and flush kit i install. If you buy the right ones, i have even used on fuel return lines, ie Viton orings on the ends. We use a ton of these at work, so im pretty familiar with them. I have ones i have drilled out and made inserts for water restriction etc in the past. Now im using adjustable valves for that as its so much easier.
