Maybe an exhausted issue but here goes. I have a 62t motor in a sn sj w/ a brand new b-pipe. I have single cooling from the pump into the manifold, 2 lines from the head, one goes to the pisser and other to b-pipe headpipe. Then the bottom fitting off the headpipe goes to the stinger with a pisser inline. This correct? Also does anyone else get exhaust coming from their pisser off the pipe?

Close, do this:

It's normal to have a little exhaust come out your pisser.

With single cooling in I teed my 2 outlets coming off of the head together. I believe people run it like the diagram above but with single cooling with the line from head to overboard severely restricted

you only do 1 outlet on head to pisser if you have dual cooling. cap off one or hook your flush kit up to it. the other outlet goes to bottom side of chamber

thats how factory says to do it. I reverese the chamber lines though. outlet closest to manifold i put a straight fitting on it and that goes to pisser/stinger

See I always thought that if you had 1 in, you have one out. I've heard 2 different ways but wasn't sure. Will it hurt anything with one in and 2 outs?

yea, you will overheat... and not enough water will flow through exhaust...losing half your water.

the reason you run one line to pisser from head with dual cooiling is so you dont have too much (double feeds) going into your pipe

So I re-plumbed the ski today and look what I found!!! That was the reason for overheating, hose was pinched/wedged underneath the chamber and melted over time. Problem has been resolved!
