Does anyone know anything about this waterbox from the pictures, or can tell me anything about it?

I picked up a SN last fall
And the CL add said it had a "rare" aluminum waterbox. We all love
Those wonderful words. Just wondering what's so rare about it? Assuming
Nothing... But would like it identified regardless

Looks like Factory pipe waterbox

Definitely a Factory Pipe waterbox. I defiantly wouldn't get rid of it.
