I have been listening to about 4 search helicopters flying over my house since I got home from work....and I just went out on the deck and noticed there are many police and coast guard boats in the river. Kayaker went missing about 1/2 mile away earlier this afternoon. Made me think it was a good time to remind myself and everyone to be safe when you go out on the water, especially if the water is cold.
