Water lines 550 coffman pipe

Hello, just puting the 550 back together (winter boardum). In the photo; #1} I take it the straight barb with no line attached is the freash water inlet from the pump which feeds cool water into the cyl. and the head? #2} The yellow line then goes to the head as a warm water exit from the engine into the exhaust? #3} And the black line is a hull exit pisser? correct lou. you can also put a tee in your blue line, and run a pisser there.

Thanks, I'm also tapping the exhaust manifold for a second line. Fresh crank and new bore and pistons, i need this to run cool i think the cyl is at or near max bore! Lou

Make sure you give it +.002 more clearence if your going to run dual cooling on a cast iron cylinder with a pipe and compression! Very important for cold seizures with the 550's!
