While trying to find my electrical problem, I noticed that there is water in my hood and the liner is not completely sealed...looks like the seal was broke around the latch...I can shake it and hear water in it....Is this normal, I also cant get the water out by shaking it so where is it in the hood and how do I get it out of there!

You'll have water in your hood...its usually just water thats come in threw the intakes
