Ordered a SN handle pole spring from Randy, for my wife's ski. Randy took great care of me for even a small item like that. Including several phone calls.

Randy is a great guy and a real pro, I order some sleeves and stainless springs for my trim system and he was very helpful.

I've spent a few thousand dollars with randy over the past couple years. He's a good guy to deal with. He has always gone the extra mile to help me when I was in a jam. I remember when I went to compete in Panama City and needed to tune my ski before I qualified, Randy stopped what he was doing in the shop every time I called that day to help me get it right (4-5 calls). Not to mention making custom parts for me to try out, and so on.
