SX/SXi/SXi Pro Vibration - Air filter gets easily destroied

750sx93 - Since I own this jet - 10 years - I get my direct air filters destroyed because of vibration on the lower rpm.
Above medium rpm, it stops vibrate. I don't know if this is normal.
I don't feel any vibration on the jet.
Does anyone has any clue about this situation and possible solution?
Thanks.

Kawi 750's and 800's tend to vibrate a lot at low RPM. This can wreak havoc on filters because they are so susceptible to the effects of the vibration. We have found that the new style K&N filters are the most durable on the vibration prone 750/800 Kawis.

I would also recommend ruling out the above possible conditions as well.

I definitely agree that they all vibrate a lot at low rpm. Which K&N filters are you talking about? I have had both the old flat style and the cone style K&N come apart.

Personally I have ran the Blowsion/Tau Ceti with good luck although it vibrates a lot I have ran it for 5 years with out coming apart. I ran the Ocean pro bolt on filters the first half of the year until the vibration snapped a bolt. I now have the Blowsion tornado filters, they are cone shaped, show very little vibration, and so far I have been very impressed!

my 750sx ate a/m air filters
so I went back to stock (without the big box) and no problems since

I run proks, no issues after 3 seasons.
That being said I would run stock if you can just to keep the water out, I would if my motor would let me. It wont run for crap on a stock box anymore.

I've been running ProK's with blowsion outterwears for 2 seasons now...never had any problem with them...didnt even think them falling apart was a possibility. i was running a coffman b4, and never noticed any kind of vibration. after i rode it for the first time with the new factory limited pipe, it vibrates like crazy on the low end/idle
