Versiplug in ATP Scupper

My ski has a leaking ATP scupper so I bought the 2" versiplug max. Unfortunately the I.D. of the scupper is approximately 1-7/8" so the versiplug doesnt fit through the back. I was going to put it from the bilge, but the PVC doesnt look smooth through the entire length -- I think it is 2 pieces of PVC connected with adhesive. Does anyone have pictures of the ATP scupper or has one they can measure? I want to cut it open to 2", but I dont know if there is enough material there. Thanks

I don’t think it will work, I’d go about it a different way. Either fix yours with a new rubber flap if possible or use a different versa plug.

Not sure how big this on is, a buddy made a plate and bolted one like to it then glued the plate into the scupper recess... worked great..
